Traveling to New Orleans & Chile

I will be in New Orleans from January 6–11 attending both 29th Symposium on Discrete Algorithms and the 1st Symposium on Simplicity in Algorithms. At SODA I will give a talk on tight cover time bounds for CoBra-Walks on regular graphs and at SOSA I will present a simple and efficient algorithm for leader election in the population protocol model.

Afterwards, I will travel to Santiage de Chile to participate in a research workshop. My first time in South America, looking forward to it!
